New Delhi: India vs South Africa 2nd Test of the three-match Test series is being played at The Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg. India have won the toss and KL Rahul is leading the national squad against Proteas in regular skipper Virat Kohli's absence. Batting first, India lost 3 wickets for 53 runs till lunch. The batters who have been dismissed are Mayank Agarwal, Cheteshwar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane.

The stump microphone has the ability to record even the smallest of conversations during the live action. On Day 1 of Ind vs SA 2nd Test, KL Rahul's apology to South African speedster Kagiso Rabada after getting a warning from umpire Marais Erasmus was picked by the stump mic.

The incident took place when Kagiso Rabada was bowling the 5th over of the Indian innings. On the third ball in Rabada's over, KL Rahul pulled out at the last moment and Rabada had to stop just when he was about to bowl the delivery.

It looked like Rahul was not ready to play the ball and hence backed out at the last moment. On-field Umpire Marais Erasmus was unhappy seeing this as he immediately asked the Indian skipper to be 'little quicker'.

"Just try and be a little quicker please KL," the stump mic captured umpire Erasmus as saying, to which Rahul replied "Sorry".

India started Day 1 well, but by lunch break, they lost three wickets for just 53 runs. Ajinkya Rahane got out for a Golden Duck for the first time in his career. At lunch, KL Rahul and Hanuma Vihari remained unbeaten at the crease.
