India vs Pakistan Asia Cup 2022: Rohit Sharma-led Indian cricket team is all set for the blockbuster clash against arch-nemesis Pakistan on Sunday at the Dubai International cricket stadium as both teams kick off their Asia Cup 2022 campaign. Team India captain Rohit Sharma decided to bowl first after winning the toss against Pakistan. Regarding the playing XI, Rohit said that it was a difficult decision to choose between Rishabh Pant and Dinesh Karthik but the team management has decided to go ahead in this match with veteran Karthik. Apart from this, Rohit said that as the third fast bowler, Avesh Khan has been picked in part of India's playing XI against Pakistan.

We've played here in the IPL, so hopefully the pitch will be good. It was a tough call we had to take between playing Dinesh and Rishabh, Rishabh sadly misses out. And Avesh makes it as the third seamer. This is an important game for us, but as cricketers we don't want to think about the opposition, we just want to correct whatever mistakes we are doing.
