New Delhi: India vs England 2nd Test of the Ind vs Eng Test series between India and England will be played at the iconic Lord's Ground in London. India vs England 2nd Test of the Ind vs Eng five-match Test series will begin from August 12. 


In the Ind vs Eng 1st Test, played in Nottingham, rain and bad weather caused a lot of trouble for the players of both the teams and also the fans. On the fifth and final Day of 1st Test, not a single ball could be bowled. Let's have a look at whether the rain will play spoilsport in the Ind vs Eng Lord's Test match or not.


India vs England 2nd Test At Lord's: Weather, Rain Update 


It takes almost three hours to reach London from Nottingham (venue of Ind vs Eng 1st Test). The weather is very different in both the places. India vs England 2nd Test is slated to start from August 12, so on the first day, according to Accuweather, the maximum temperature can remain up to 23 degree Celsius. There's no chance of rain on Day 1 of Ind vs Eng 2nd Test. After this, on Friday, August 13, the temperature will remain the same as it will be on the first day of the Lord's Test and weather will remain pleasant but with a bit of clouds.


On Saturday, August 14 i.e. the Day 3 of Ind vs Eng 2nd Test, and on Sunday, August 15 also, the weather is expected to remain pleasant. On the fifth and final day of the India vs England 2nd Test i.e August 16, there's no chance of any rain.


Virat Kohli-led Indian cricket team had left for London on Monday evening itself, while Suryakumar Yadav and Prithvi Shaw are currently completing their isolation period in Nottingham. Board Of Control For Cricket In India (BCCI) President Sourav Ganguly will most likely be present during the Ind vs Eng Lord's Test.
