Captain Virat Kohli-led team India is currently playing the first Test of the five-match Test series against England at Trent Bridge, Nottingham. India's star speedster Jasprit Bumrah has finally made the much-needed comeback as he has so far been amazing both with the ball and bat as well.

After England opted to bat first, Bumrah bowled brilliantly, bagging four wickets for 46 runs to bowl out England for just 183 runs. After this, the sensational fast-bowler, who came out to bat at No. 10 position, contributed with the bat as well and played a crucial innings of 28 runs off 34 balls, to help India reach 278 runs in their first innings.

During his 28-run knock, Bumrah hammered three fours and a six in the 82nd over of the Indian innings. The only six in his innings came off Sam Curran's over. The star bowler played a beautiful pull shot off a short-pitched delivery that went over the ropes for a maximum.

Batting Maestro Sachin Tendulkar was highly impressed and surprised to see Bumrah play such difficult shot to almost perfection. The legend was so impressed with Bumrah's shot that he could not stop himself from praising it on social media. He praised Bumrah for playing such heroic knock in difficult English conditions.

Tendulkar took to Twitter to write," Formidable lead for #TeamIndia after some important runs added by the tail. It’ll be interesting to see how England respond after being behind. By the way, Jasprit Bumrah just played the shot of his life today"

Bumrah scored 28 runs off 34 balls - his highest score in Tests so far. He had earlier scored a fifty against Australia A at the Sydney Cricket Ground.  Bumrah also shared a crucial 95-run partnership with Mohammad Siraj for the last wicket to take India past 250-run mark against England.
