New Delhi: Team India's veteran wicketkeeper batter Dinesh Karthik's cricket career saw an incredible turnaround after Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022. Karthik's career and form went downhill in 2019 but he managed to pull off one of the most difficult comebacks in international cricket after he was named in BCCI's 15-member squad for T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia. After a mind-boggling hit season with Royal Challenges Bangalore, Karthik made his way back into the national team, which is highly inspiring. The veteran wicketkeeper batter, who started his career in 2004, hasn't got a chance to play any T20 World Cup after the 2007 T20 World Cup.
37-year-old Dinesh Karthik's emotional reaction after being picked in India's T20 World Cup team went viral on social media.
