Gold Coast [Australia], April 14 (ANI): The Indian table tennis duo of Sathiyan Gnanasekaran and Sharath Kamal had to settle for silver in the men's doubles final in the ongoing 21st edition of the Commonwealth Games, here, on Saturday.

The pair lost to England's Paul Drinkhall and Liam Pitchford 5-11 12-10 11-9 6-11 8-11 in the summit clash.

Meanwhile, boxer Satish Kumar lost to Frazer Clarke from England in men's +91kg category to bag India's 16th silver in the Games.

Kumar lost 5-0 against the Englishman, right after fellow boxer Vikas Krishan won gold in the men's 75kg category.

Krishan beat Cameroonian boxer Dieudonne Wilfried Seyi Ntsengue 5-0 to bag India's 25th gold.

At present, India's medal tally reads twenty-five gold, sixteen silver and eighteen bronze.

India currently ranks third in the medal tally with the 59 medals. Australia and England are leading with 187 and 123 medals respectively. (ANI)
