Pakistan captain Babar Azam, who is considered as one of the most talented batsmen in the shortest format, yet again proved his class in the ongoing T20I series against Australia as he played an unbeaten 34-ball off 62 balls knock that consisted of six fours.

However, Babar’s fiery innings was halted by a brilliant throw from David Warner in the 16th over of Pakistan’s innings. The Pakistan skipper got run-out during an attempt to steal a second run just after attaining his half-century.

Post his dismissal, Babar was furious with Iftikhar Ahmed, who was batting at the other end.

Pakistan won the toss and decided to bat first in Canberra. Iftikhar Ahmed's unbeaten 34-ball 62 and skipper Babar Azam's half-century powered Pakistan to 150/6 against Aussies.Skipper Babar's 50 off 38 balls included six boundaries.

In the last few overs, Pakistan bowlers bowled some good deliveries to get a breakthrough but Smith brought it down to a run a ball required to chase the visitor's decent total.

Finally, Smith powered Australia to a 7-wicket victory and a series lead vs Pakistan.
