It wasn’t a pleasing performance from South Africa in the 2nd T20I against India on Wednesday but some of their unbelievable fielding efforts left the viewers completely stunned. One of such ‘jaw-dropping’ scenes was David Miller’s flying catch that he took near the boundary line to get rid of Shikhar Dhawan.

The incident happened in the 12th over when Tabrez Shamsi’ delivery saw Dhawan dancing down the line and hammering the ball towards the long-on fence. Initially, it seemed like the ball clearing the fence but Miller appeared suddenly and flung himself to his right to take an astounding single-handed catch.

The Proteas couldn’t believe in their eyes and neither did Kohli whose reaction told the entire story. And Dhawan, who missed his fifty by 10 runs, had a wry smile on his face.

Dhawan had a wry smile on his face after getting dismissed but Kohli's reaction was pure gold, as he could not believe what he just saw.

Here's the video:

Earlier in the game, Quinton de Kock’s fifty and Temba Bavuma’s fighting 49 helped the Proteas putting 149 runs on the board in their 20-over quota.

In reply, Kohli's unbeaten 72 and Shikhar Dhawan's 31-ball 40 powered India to an emphatic 7-wicket win. The men-in-blue have taken an unassailable 1-0 lead in the three-match series. The third and final game will be played on September 22 at the M Chinnaswamy stadium in Bengaluru.
