Virat Kohli 30th Test Century: Virat Kohli ended his Test century drought as he brought up his 30th Test hundred on Day 3 of the 1st India vs Australia Test of the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy (BGT) on November 24 (Sunday). The last time Kohli scored a century in Tests was against West Indies at Queen's Park Oval, Port of Spain back in July, 2023. Kohli has now scored 30 Test centuries in 119 matches, making him the fourth-highest centurion for India in Test cricket.
After reaching the milestone, Kohli thanked wife Anushka Sharma while talking to the broadcaster as he expressed gratitude to her for being by his side through thick and thin.
"Anushka has been right by my side through thick and thin. She knows everything that goes on behind the scenes. Knows what goes on in the head when you're not performing well. I'm not a guy who hangs around for the sake of it. I take pride in performing for the country," Kohli said.
