SA20 2025 Prize Money: The much-awaited SA20 2025 final will take place on Saturday, February 8, featuring a thrilling clash between MI Cape Town and Sunrisers Eastern Cape.

Sunrisers Eastern Cape, the defending champions, have dominated the tournament, winning the last two titles and making it to their third consecutive final. The grand showdown will be held at the Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg.

SA20 2025 Prize Money 

The champion of SA20 2025 will receive a grand prize of 34 million rands, which is approximately Rs 16.2 crore. The runner-up will take home Rs 7.75 crore, while the third-placed team will earn Rs 4.24 crore. The team finishing fourth will also be rewarded with Rs 3.74 crore. In total, the league's prize pool is set at 70 million rands (around Rs 33.36 crore).

Increased Prize Money compared to last season

In the previous season, Sunrisers Eastern Cape received Rs 14.21 crore for winning the title. This year, the champion's prize has increased by nearly Rs 2 crore. However, the runner-up's prize remains the same as last season at Rs 7.2 crore.

MI Cape Town topped the SA20 points table and secured a direct entry into the final by defeating Paarl Royals in Qualifier 1. On the other hand, Sunrisers Eastern Cape had a tougher road, first overcoming Joburg Super Kings in the Eliminator and then beating Paarl Royals in Qualifier 2 to seal their spot in the final.
