Ravindra Jadeja, the star India all-rounder, has denied the claims that his father Anirudhsinh Jadeja made during an interview with Gujarati media. The left-handed India star had claimed the same in an interview with Gujarati media outlet. However, Jadeja has refuted the claims urging his father to stop tarneshing the image of his wife Rivaba Jadeja. Notably, Anirudhsinh had alleged that despite residing in the same Jamnagar locality, he had no relation with his son at all.
"Do you want me to tell you one truth? I have absolutely no relation with Ravindra nand his wife, Rivaba. We don’t call them, and they don’t call us," Anirudhsinh had told Divya Bhaskar.

"The issues started after two or three months of their marriage. I currently live alone in Jamnagar, while Ravindra resides in a separate bungalow of his own. He lives in the same city, but I don’t get to see him. I don’t know what magic his wife has done on him," he had added.
Ravindra Jadeja Terms His Father's Comment 'Nonsense'
In response to the interview from his father, the cricketer has now termed it "nonsense".
"All the things said in the nonsense interview are meaningless and untrue. It is a one-sided story and I completely deny the allegations. The attempts made to tarnish the image of my wife are truly reprehensible and unbecoming. I, too, have a lot to say but won’t do it publicly," Jadeja wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter).
On the cricketing front, Jadeja missed out on the second Test match due to an injury and it remains to be seen whether or not he will be fit in time for the third Test match.
