A ball boy was caught yawning near the boundary rope on camera during England's first innings on Day 1 of the fourth Test match at the JSCA International Stadium Complex in Ranchi. The ball was totally unaware that his action was being shown by the cameraman. Commentator Ravi Shastri, who was on air when the incident happened, gave a priceless reaction to the entire turn of events.
"Wake up, old boy... Have a glass of water, the cricket is getting interesting," the ex-India cricketer and head coach said in his typical style leaving his fellow commentators in splits. The video of the incident has gone viral on social media.

Joe Root's Ton Takes England To 302/7 At Stumps On Day 1
Talking about the cricketing action, on a day where England lost 5 wickets in the first session, the Three Lions did well to recover and post 302/7. England's recovery was led by Root's hundred, his first one of the series and his 10th against India. Root finished the day unbeaten on an 106 off 226 deliveries. His partnership with Ben Foakes worth 113 off 261 deliveries helped the tourists see off a wicketless session between lunch and tea.
In the final session of the day, even though Mohammed Siraj got rid of Foakes and Tom Hartlet in quick succession with reverse swing coming into play, Ollie Robinson and Root late in the day added a 50-plus stand to finish off the day. For India, it was debutant Akash Deep's three wickets that handed them an early advantage while Siraj chipped in with a couple of wickets. Spin duo of Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja picked a wicketapiece.
Kuldeep Yadav got 10 overs and went wicketless while Yashasvi Jaiswal was also tried by Rohit for an over but could not add a Test wicket to an already remarkable start to his Test career.
