MPL 2024: The Maharashtra Premier League 2024 has seen the conclusion of its first 12 matches, and the latest match marks the first-ever 10-wicket win for a side in this year's tournament. Kolhapur Tuskers, who were languishing at the bottom of the table with 4 defeats in 4 matches, kicked-off their campaign in SOME style, as they registered a 10-wicket win over Chhatrapati Sambhaji Kings at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune, on Saturday, June 8. 

Rahul Tripathi was instrumental in the side's win, as he registered his maiden half-century of the tournament, and with the win, they are now 5th in the table and keep thoer hopes for playoffs alive.

An overall brilliant bowling performance from Kolhapur Tuskers further displayed their depth and variety at disposal and not over-reliance on a certain individual. Tuskers will next play Ratnagiri Jets on Monday, June 10, whereas, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Kings will be playing bottom-placed side Puneri Bappa on Sunday, June 9.
