India's Predicted Playing XI For IND vs NZ CT 2025 Match: India and New Zealand will face off in the final league match of ICC Champions Trophy 2025 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Sunday (March 2).

Both teams remain unbeaten in the tournament, but one will taste its first defeat. While both have already secured semifinal berths, this match will determine who finishes at the top of the group A.

Possible change in India's Playing XI for IND vs NZ match

Though KL Rahul mentioned that changes are unlikely, training sessions suggest otherwise. Head coach Gautam Gambhir and captain Rohit Sharma have emphasized that team selection will depend on conditions.

Since New Zealand is set to field five left-handed batters, India may consider resting Mohammed Shami - who had a slight calf issue against Pakistan - and bring in left-arm pacer Arshdeep Singh in the playing XI.

During India's training session on the eve of IND vs NZ clash, Shami bowled just six to seven overs with a short run-up, whereas Arshdeep had an extended 13-over session under bowling coach Morne Morkel. Given Shami's recent fitness concerns, the Indian cricket team may opt to rest him ahead of the semifinals.

Despite KL Rahul's earlier statement about maintaining the winning combination, assistant coach Ryan ten Doeschate later hinted that a change in the bowling attack was possible.
