PAK vs ENG three-match Test series is scheduled to kickstart from October 7 onwards at the Multan International Cricket Stadium in Pakistan's Punjab.
Yousuf, in his post on X (Twitter), wrote, "I announce my resignation as a selector for the Pakistan cricket team due to personal reasons. Serving this incredible team has been a profound privilege, and I am proud to have contributed to the growth and success of Pakistan Cricket."
Mohammad Yusuf's resignation doesn't come as a surprise to those familiar with Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) setup as frequent changes in board and team management are common.
He had been associated with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in various roles since last year, including serving as the team's batting coach and offering his expertise to Pakistan cricket during critical phases.
