The divider in Cricket Australia is deepening. Recently, there were reports of Australian players being unhappy with national team coach Justin Langer. Now there have been reports of Australian cricket team coach Justin Langer and manager Gavin Dovey clashing with a member of the staff. 


According to reports, Justin Langer and manager Gavin Dovey had a heated exchange of words with a member of the Cricket Australia staff in a video of the Bangladesh team's celebrations. According to a report in Melbourne-based The Age newspaper, the coach of the Australian cricket team, Langer, and manager Dovey were unhappy that a video of them singing the Bangladesh team's song after the series win over Australia last week was posted on the official website of Australian cricket.


The report said both Dovey and Langer expressed displeasure over the video shared on the Cricket.com.au website. The incident occurred when hosts Bangladesh registered their first bilateral series win over the Australian team to take a 3-0 lead. Australia won the fourth match, but Bangladesh won the fifth match and won the series by 4-1.

Things have not been going well in Cricket Australia since last year. The Australian cricket team suffered a crushing defeat in the Test series at the hands of India earlier this year. Since then many senior players in the team have been questioning Langer's style of work.


Recently, Justin Langer himself admitted that there is a lot of resistance in the team about the way he works. Langer has admitted that he has to change himself completely if he wants to continue as coach of the Australian team.
