India’s pacer Jaydev Unadkat has purchased a classic Mercedes-Benz GLE SUV, which costs over INR 1 crore. The Saurashtra-based player bought the 300th edition of the  Mercedes-Benz GLE SUV with a black finish.  The Mercedes-Benz GLE SUV is one of the most renowned German-based SUVs which is driven by a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder turbocharged engine with 245 PS and 500 Nm of peak torque. In just 7.2 seconds, it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h and has a top speed of 225 km/h.

The 31-year-old pacer recently made his ODI comeback and was added to the Indian playing XI for the third and final ODI against the West Indies at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad. After a record 3,539 days, Unadkat donned the Indian dress and put on a new record for one of the longest gaps between games for a player between two ODI appearances.

Talking about the third ODI, India defeated the West Indies and won the game by 200 runs, clinching the  ODI series 2-1. After being asked to bat first, team India scored a huge 351 in the first innings and then bundled out the hosts to 151, kudos to the excellent bowling efforts of Mukesh Kumar and Shardul Thakur. Unadkat managed to take a wicket at an economy rate of 3.20 in his first ODI game since 2013.

Earlier, Saurashtra stalwart Jaydev Unadkat wreaked havoc as he scalped 8 for 39 in 12 overs. During the very first over of the game, the lanky pacer took a brilliant hat trick and became the first bowler to reach this feat in the history of the Ranji Trophy.

Speaking of the Indian team, after clinching the Test and ODI series, they are set to lock horns against the Windies in the T20I series, starting from Thursday.
