Virat Kohli-led team India will clash against the West Indies in the 2nd of the 3-match ODI series at the Port of Spain in Trinidad. The match is scheduled to commence at 7 pm (IST). With the first game getting abandoned due to rain, the teams would be raring to get their maiden win and look to take the decisive lead in the three match ODI series.

While the teams would be hoping for nothing but a win under their bag, there are many records at stake which are on the cusp of being broken.

Indian skipper Virat Kohli is in striking distance of adding another feather to his cap . Kohli needs just 77 runs to overtake former Indian skipper Sourav Ganguly's run tally of 11,363 to become India's second highest run getter in ODI cricket. Kohli has amassed in his prolific ODI career so far.

Kohli missed out on an opportunity to get past Ganguly as rain played spoilsport in the series opener at Guyana. Sachin Tendulkar with his staggering 18426 ODI runs remains the highest run scorer in one day internationals.

Kohli also has his sights on another batting record for India. If he scores 19 or more runs, he shall eclipse Javed Miandad's record to become the leading run scorer against the Windies in ODIs. Currently, Javed Miandad leads the list with 1930 runs, followed by the 30-year-old Kohli who has scored 1912 runs against the Caribbeans.

India’s ODI squad for the series:-

Virat Kohli (Captain), Rohit Sharma (VC), Shikhar Dhawan, KL Rahul, Shreyas Iyer, Manish Pandey, Rishabh Pant (wk), Ravindra Jadeja, Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Kedar Jadhav, Mohammed Shami, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Khaleel Ahmed, Navdeep Saini
