After rain played spoilsport in the series opener between India and Sri Lanka at Guwahati, the die hard cricket fans and the players on either side will be expecting a full game at the Holkar Stadium, which plays hosts to the second T20 international at the Holkar Stadium in Indore.
The lack of facilities to ensure drying up of the pitch got the ground staff and the Assam Cricket Association administration reciving a lot of flak from the cricketing facility.
As per weather reports, the weather is expected to remain clear with the rain gods staying away for the major part of the match to give the fans full value for their money.
According to Accuweather, it will be bright and sunny in Indore on Tuesday with the precipitation level varying between 12-50 per cent during the match timings. However, there are remote chances of rain later in the evening, but nothing which could play spoilsport to the match.
India would be more than glad to play at the Holkar Stadium which has been a happy hunting ground for the Men In Blue. The home team has come out victorious in all eight encounters played at the venue. The Kohli-led Indian brigade would have happy memories from their previous T2O outing at the stadium as they beat Sri Lanka by 88 runs in the only T20 played at the venue so far.
