Indian vice-captain Rohit Sharma who has numerous records to his name is on the verge of adding another new feather into his already illustrious cap when India take on South Africa in the first T20I of the series on Sunday.
India will hosts South Africa for three T20Is and as many Tests with Dharamsala playing host to the series opener between the two teams.
Rohit who owns multiple records to his name in the shortest format is on the cusp of becoming the leading T20 international scorer against South Africa. The swashbuckling right handed opener needs only 84 runs to overtake New Zealand’s Martin Guptill's tally of 424 runs against Proteas in the format.
