After bowling out Bangladesh for a paltry 106-run total, India began their chase in counter attacking fashion with openers Rohit Sharma and Mayank Agarwal getting the team of to a breezy start with a flurry of boundaries.
Against the run of play, seamer Al-Amin made the opening breakthrough by dismissing Mayank Agarwal for 14. After Agarwal's dismissal, Rohit Sharma and Cheteshwar Pujara played carefully in the twilight period to avoid losing any wicket till the Tea break.
