English paceman Stuart Broad who had the better of Australian batsman David Warner all through the 2019 Ashes Series, once again dismissed the out of form Aussie opener cheaply in the fifth and final Ashes Test at Oval. Broad got into the record books by scalping Warner for the seventh time in Ashes.

It is the joint highest when it comes to most dismissals of one batsmen in a series by a single bowler. Five other bowlers have achieved this feat with the latest being Nathan Lyon who took the wicket of Moeen Ali seven times in the last Ashes series.

Most dismissals of one batsmen in a series:

7 J Siedle by C Grimmett SA v A 1935/36

England levelled the Ashes Series 2-2 after beating Australia by 135 runs in the fifth and final Test at Oval. Australia retain the urn, but an England win at The Oval means the men's Ashes ends in a draw for the first time since 1972.

Earlier, England were bowled out for 329 on the fourth day of the fifth Test on Sunday, setting Australia 399 to win an Ashes series away from home for the first time since 2001.
