New Delhi: The first-ever Indian bowler to pick five wickets in all three formats (ODI, Tests, T20) of the game - Bhuvneshwar Kumar - is a great bowling talent and an asset to the Indian cricket team. During a chat show Spicy Pitch in Cricbuzz, the star Indian medium-pacer confessed that he hasn't been able to use his Facebook account since his wife Nupur hacked into it.
The sensational swing bowler from Meerut met Nupur for the first time at the age of 13 before the lovely couple eventually got married on November 26, in the year 2017.
“She (Nupur) asked me for the Facebook password but I made some excuses. So the next days she tells me that this is your new password. She literally hacked my account and I have not used Facebook since then,” Bhuvneshwar said.
Nupur revealed that Bhuvnehwar Kumar's bowling spell in his debut for India against Pakistan, in 2012, is her favourite.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar had bagged impressive bowling figures of 3/9 in the four overs he bowled but India eventually lost the game against Pakistan by five wickets.
“His debut against Pakistan. I was in the hostel then and my friends did not have any idea about me and Bhuvi. So they were also very impressed with his bowling. While watching the match they were saying ‘call that 15-number T-shirt guy for bowling’ and I was happy knowing that he was in demand,” said Nupur.
Nupur also revealed she gets jealous when female fans approach Bhuvneshwar Kumar for getting photographs clicked.
“When he clicks the picture, I keep telling him that what was the need to stand so close to her. Couldn’t you ask her to stand a little far? And then he says what I could do if they stand close to me,” Nupur said.
