In his innings, Lewis hit two fours and seven sixes, which led to him scoring 50 runs off just nine balls. Not only this, Evin Lewis unleashed his wrath by hammering gigantic five sixes in the same over of Bangladesh bowler Mukhtar Ali to score a total of 33 runs off his six deliveries.

Due to Lewis' fiery innings, Delhi Bulls chased down the 89-run target for one wicket in just five overs to record their second consecutive win in Abu Dhabi T20 League. The Bulls had defeated the Bangla Tigers in their first match.

Maratha Arabians had a poor start after they lost the toss and were asked to bat first. Abdul Shakoor Bangash, who was the star player in his team's win in their last match, was dismissed on just the second ball.

Laurie Evans was able to score 11 and became the victim of Fidel Edwards. Ali Khan removed veteran Mohammad Hafeez (5). After such collapse, Javed Ahmadi (24) and Mossaddek Hussain (35 not out) steadied their team's sinking ship and led the team to a fighting score.

Pakistani fast bowler Amad Butt bowled remarkably well for Delhi Bulls. He took one wicket for just seven runs in two overs. Due to his heroic bowling performance, Maratha Arabians could not even manage to put 100 runs on board.

For Bulls, Evin Lewis and Ravi Bopara 'destroyed' the Arabian bowling attack. After four overs, Delhi needed 32 off 36 balls. Mukhtar Ali was introduced into the bowling attack to bowl the 6th over but Lewis hammered consecutive sixes in his over to finish off the game in style!
