Moon's Age Revealed By Lunar Crystals Brought Back By Apollo 17 Astronauts: Study

Earlier, the Moon was assumed to be 4 billion years old, but now, analysis of zircon crystals from the Moon has revealed that the Moon is at least 40 million years older than previously thought.
