INSAT-3DS will be launched atop a Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV), as part of the GSLV F14 mission, from Second Launch Pad at Satish Dhawan Space Centre. The latest INSAT (Indian National Satellite) enable an enhancement of the capabilities of the system.

INSAT-3DS: The Indian Space Research Organisation's (ISRO's) latest meteorological satellite INSAT-3DS was sent to Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota, on January 25, 2024, a few days ahead of its launch. INSAT-3DS is expected to be launched on February 17, 2024, according to Next Spaceflight. The latest INSAT (Indian National Satellite) will allow a continuation to the services provided by the existing in-orbit INSAT-3D and INSAT-3DR satellites, and enable an enhancement of the capabilities
