Aditya-L1's six-metre-long magnetometer boom (arm) has been successfully deployed in the halo orbit around Lagrange point 1 (L1). The Indian Space Research Organisation's (ISRO's) first space-based solar observatory to study the Sun reached its destination on January 6, 2024, about 127 days after being launched.
