Xiaomi launched Redmi Go in India today. This is the company’s newest addition to its smartphone portfolio, which has been introduced with an aggressive price tag. Making a great entry-level smartphone, Xiaomi has tried to offer a fluid experience to everyone.
Xiaomi Redmi Go Price the first Android Go (edition) smartphone by Xiaomi has been launched in India at a price of Rs 4,499. The phone will go on sale from 12 noon on March 22 through Flipkart, Mi.com as well as Mi Home stores. Prior to this, the entry-level phone made its debut in Europe and Philippines.
As part of launch offers, Reliance Jio is giving Rs 2,200 cashback and 100GB data for free.
It is powered by the SnapdragonTM 425 processor along with a 5-inch HD display and 3000mAh battery. The dual-SIM (Nano) Redmi Go runs Android 8.1 Oreo (Go edition) and sports a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) display.
Xiaomi has announced a single inbuilt storage variants of the Redmi Go in India – 8GB – and it is expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB) with its own dedicated slot.
Users can take sharp and detailed photos and record video in full-HD resolution using the 8MP rear camera. The smartphone comes with 1GB RAM and 8GB storage. It also bundles unlimited storage on Google Photos.
Redmi Go has a brushed metallic finish. The phone comes in two colours: Blue and Black. Redmi Go also supports 20 regional languages. For example, Google Assistance works in Hindi, English and Hinglish.
