Mumbai: In a statement released on Friday, the Mumbai Police declared that a suicide note found in the residence of the former Maharashtra Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) chief, Himanshu Roy, stated that he shot himself as he was suffering from depression. IMAGE: AFP
