Skincare Routine:- During the rainy season, oily skin with acne is possible. See if the skin gets more oily or has pimples appearing on the itchy area first. Gradually introduce an exfoliator for removing dead skin while replacing any heavy creams with lighter ones that are not comedogenic. Hydration Is Key:- During shifts in weather from one that is hot to one that is humid the body may be mad with sweat, which can lead to drought. It’s about the dryness of the skin, dizziness, and fatigue. You should take lots of fluids like water, herbal teas as well and natural fruit juices so that you can remain hydrated. Balanced Diet:- The weather can change how your stomach breaks down food leading to swelling or gas. Stomach pain and disruption of regular bowel movements are something to look out for. It’s better to consume a balanced diet high in fibre, low in meat fats, and vegetables from a specific season. Never buy food from the roadside because it might have dirty rainwater mixed in it.
