Delhi Chief Minister the national convener for the Aam Aadmi Party Arvind Kejriwal on Friday night joined the protests at Jantar Mantar over Hathras Case.
'There should be no politics on this issue. Why should such an incident happen in UP, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Mumbai or Delhi? No rape incidents should happen in the country,' he said.
Youth Congress members dressed as Mahatma Gandhi, organised a demonstration at Jantar Mantar Road to protest the alleged Hathras gangrape.
Meanwhile, DMRC has said that entry & exit gate for Janpath is closed. Trains will not be halting at this station. Exit gates for Rajiv Chowk and Patel Chowk are closed.
