Triptii Dimri Celebrates Five Years Of Bulbbul: Shares Nostalgic BTS Moments

Actress Triptii Dimri, who captivated audiences with her mesmerizing portrayal of Bulbbul Chaudhary — “the girl who walked the red moonlit path” — in the 2020 period drama Bulbbul, recently delighted her fans with behind-the-scenes glimpses from the film.

Sharing the nostalgic stills on Instagram, Triptii captioned the post, “5 years of magic..mystery..and the girl who walked the red moonlit path…”

Written and directed by Anvita Dutt, Bulbbul featured Triptii in the lead alongside Avinash Tiwary, Paoli Dam, Rahul Bose, and Parambrata Chattopadhyay in pivotal roles.

Produced by Anushka Sharma and Karnesh Sharma under the Clean Slate Filmz banner, the hauntingly beautiful tale is set in the Bengal Presidency of the 1880s.

The film explores the transformation of a child bride who bravely takes justice into her own hands.

Triptii’s performance was widely praised by critics, earning her acclaim for her nuanced portrayal. Bulbbul premiered on Netflix on June 24, 2020.

On the technical front, the film boasted an impressive team with Amit Trivedi composing the music, Siddharth Diwan as the cinematographer, and Rameshwar S. Bhagat handling the editing.

On the work front, Triptii has an exciting slate of upcoming projects. She will headline Shazia Iqbal’s Dhadak 2, starring opposite Siddhant Chaturvedi.
