Ranveer Singh Plays Santa For Children Post '83' Release, SEE PICS

Actor Ranveer Singh is garnering all the appreciation for his stellar performance in the much-awaited sports drama ‘83’ that released on Friday, December 24.

The film came as a Christmas treat for Ranveer’s fans. The actor himself donned the Santa hat by organising a special screening of the film for children of the foundation ‘Save The Children’ at PVR Juhu.

Ranveer posed with his fans and the children. The actor played Secret Santa for the kids by treating them to his much-acclaimed movie.

Ranveer Singh plays the role of ace cricketer Kapil Dev in ‘83’. The film is about the Indian cricket team’s historic win at the World Cup in 1983.

The ‘83’ actor who is known for his quirky style, looked all vibrant and gay in a multi-coloured striped sweater paired with green pants. He exuded Christams vibes with his attire.

A bunch of happy children posed with the star. ‘83’ also features Ranveer’s real life wife Deepika Padukone as his on-screen wife, playing the character of Romi Dev.

The actor even clicked a selfie with the joyous kids. Ranveer Singh took six months to perfect cricketer Kapil Dev’s famous catch.
