The mercy petition of Nirbhaya's convict Akshay Singh has been rejected by the Supreme Court. The death warrant for the 4 convicts can arrive anytime, following which, they will be hanged. There is a good probability of Executioner Pawan being called to Tihar Jail for carrying out the death sentence.
