Almost every single human being goes through depression or some other mental health issue at one point or another in their life. However, there is still a stigma associated with these problems, and most people are afraid of seeking help precisely because of this. To normalise conversations about depression, Psifiako Media designed the "No One Cares But We Do" campaign on their social media page, No One Cares, which garnered millions of views. The founder of the page, Satyam Shastri says that he wanted to harness the power of a 30-million large family to initiate a fight against the stigma of mental disorders.

He aims to create a sense of awareness towards these issues, while also celebrating the jest of people who fight these problems every day. Shastri says that their tagline is – "No one cares, but we do".

Along with his team, he works hard every day to make this mission come true. Nikhil Kale, the founder of Psifiako Media, also has similar thoughts. He adds that the campaign is designed to target the younger generation of the country as well as the rest of the world.

The organisation is working with an aim of tackling modern-day issues - breakups, betrayals, depression - what a typical middle class youth through.  "We want to develop content that spreads positivity, smile, and laughter for youth. We are changing the lives of many youth. We wish to change youths' mindset toward their lovely life and career. We want everyone to live a life of peace and that's our vision," Kale.

He believes that it is the youth that bears the brunt of mental health disorders the most in today's world, as they have to juggle between a lot of issues, like earning a living in the current economy, rising real estate prices, and inflation.

Nikhil also adds that millennials and Gen-Z are the future of the world, yet they are probably the most neglected pair of generations as well.
