The Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) under the Government of Assam on Thursday issued a notice inviting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the empanelment of popular and reputable YouTubers based in the northeastern state. The proposal aims to collaborate with content creators who have a subscriber base of 100,000 or more.
Interested YouTubers can access the RFP document on the Directorate's official website: https://dipr.assam.gov.in starting from 10:00 am on March 8, 2024. The submission of hard copies to the office of the Directorate of Information and Public Relations, Assam, must be completed by 1:00 PM on March 22, 2024.
Only those who meet the technical qualifications outlined in the RFP will be eligible to submit a Financial Bid. The deadline for the submission of the Financial Bid will be communicated at a later date.

It is to be noted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate and lay the groundwork for projects worth around Rs 18,000 crore during his two-day visit to Assam, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said on Thursday.
Sarma told a press conference that Modi will visit the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) World Heritage Site Kaziranga National Park for the first time and go on a safari there.
Modi will arrive in Assam on Friday late afternoon and spend the night at Kaziranga National Park, he said.
"The next day, he will inaugurate the 125-foot tall statue of Ahom general Lachit Borphukan in Jorhat, following which he will address a public meeting," Sarma said.
He added that he will inaugurate and lay the groundwork for various infrastructure development projects worth approximately Rs 18,000 crore from the location of the public meeting.
Sarma added that after the function, he will leave for West Bengal.
