Coronavirus in America: COVID-19 case numbers in the US seem to be on the rise once again. More than 1,000 people have lost their lives in the United States in the past 24 hours alone due to COVID-19. According to reports, 42 COVID-19 related deaths are being reported in the U.S. every hour.


Cases related to the delta variant of COVID-19 seem to be on the rise in the US. Such a large number of COVID-19 related deaths have been reported for the first time in the U.S. since March of this year. Reuters reported that 1017 people died due to COVID-19 infection in the U.S. on Tuesday.


A total of more than 630,000 people in the U.S. have lost their lives so far due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The United States has been number one in COVID-19 deaths in the world. In view of the increasing cases of COVID-19 in the country, people have once again been asked to wear masks.  


According to Reuters Tally, the U.S. has seen a rise in COVID-19 deaths in the past month. Last month, at least 769 people lost their lives in the U.S. every day due to COVID-19. For the last 12 days, more than 100,000 COVID-19 cases have been reported daily in the country. More than 26,000 new COVID-19 cases have been reported in Florida, U.S.A., in the past week.


The new delta variant of COVID-19 is wreaking havoc all over the world, including the United States. The number of positive cases has skyrocketed all over the world. Hospitals are seeing a shortage of beds as cases grow in the U.S. The Biden government is trying to get the situation under control but has been unable to succeed so far.
