New Delhi: In a horrifying incident in Germany, mother and stepfather of a young boy sold him to paedophiles online.

A german court jailed a Spanish man in this case who repeatedly assaulted the young boy sexually for 10 years after buying him online from his parents.

The gruesome  incident of the 33-year-old man continuously assaulting the young boy, has shocked one and all in Germany.

The accused named Javier Gonzalez Diaz was convicted by the regional court in Freiburg for “14 counts of aggravated sexual assault”, AFP reported.

In addition to this, he was convicted for one count of rape and one count of bodily harm while making child pornography.

He was also ordered to pay 18,000 euros (USD 20,800) to the victim.

The mother and stepfather of the boy are also accused of rape, aggravated sexual assault of Children, forced prostitution and distribution of child pornography. Their verdict is expected on Wednesday.

The parents are accused of pimping the boy who was reportedly nine-year-old when they sold him on the ‘darknet’.

As per reports, the case came to light when an anonymous tip led to arrest of 8 people for being involved in an online paedophile ring.
