The Russsian Embassy in India opened an online book of condolence on Sunday for the people who wish to offer condolence to the families of the terror attack victims.
Over 130 people were killed after gunmen opened fire in a concert hall near Moscow on Friday. The militant Islamist group Islamic State claimed the responsibility of the attacks in a statement released through affiliated social media channels.
"The Embassy has opened an online book of condolences for those who wish to express sympathy at rusembindia@mid.ru," it said in a statement.
On Saturday, Russia said that it had arrested all the four gunmen suspected of carrying out the shootout while President Vladimir Putin vowed to track down and punish those behind the attack.
133 bodies were recovered from the rubble in the 24 hours and doctors were "fighting for the lives of 107 people", said Moscow regional Governor Andrei Vorobyov, as per a Reuters report.
In a televised address, Putin said 11 people, inlcuding four gunmen, have been detained.
"They tried to hide and moved towards Ukraine, where, according to preliminary data, a window was prepared for them on the Ukrainian side to cross the state border," he said.
Moscow has also been blaming Kyiv for the attack despite emphatic denials from Ukrainian officials that they had nothing to do with it.
Russia's FSB said that the gunmen had contacts in Ukraine and were captured near the border.
