Ambanis, Birlas, Big B, Sachin Tendulkar, And More: List Of VIPs Invited For Ram Mandir Consecration

The list includes cricket legends Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli, Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan, industrialists Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani, South Superstar Rajinikanth and many others.

The consecration of Ramlala is scheduled to take place on January 22 and invitations for this ceremony have been sent far and wide. Over 8000 guests are estimated to attend the ceremony, who have been sent special invitation cards by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra. The long list includes cricket legends Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli, Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan, billionaire industrialists Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani, South Superstar Rajinikanth and many others.

The invitation card for the consecration ceremony at the Ram temple is grand and has been designed keeping the long history of Ram Temple in mind.

Here is a list of VIPs, who have been invited for the consecration:

List Of Indian Sportspersons Attending The Consecration:

Apart from World Cup-winning captain Kapil Dev, Indian cricket team coach Rahul Dravid, Virender Sehwag, Sourav Ganguly, Anil Kumble, and Ravindra Jadeja have been invited to the proposed Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha in Ayodhya. In addition, Indian women cricket captain Mitali Raj has also been sent an invitation. Cricketers Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli and M S Dhoni will be present at the Pran Pratishtha ceremony.

Weightlifter Karnam Malleswari, footballer Kalyan Chaube, long-distance runner Kavita Raut Tungar and paralympic javelin thrower Devendra Jhanjadia are also on the list, as are shuttlers Saina Nehwal and PV Sindhu and her trainer Pullela Gopichand.

List Of South Superstars Invited:

South superstar Rajinikanth has been invited to the Pran Prathishtha ceremony. In addition, Ram Charan and his wife Upasana have also been sentan invite. Prabhas, who recently essayed the role of Lord Ram in 'Adipurush', and Chiranjeevi are also on the list, in addition to South star Mohanlal, Allu Arjun, and Dhanush. 

Kannada star Rishabh Shetty has also received an invitation for the Pran Pratishtha, the photo of which he shared on his Instagram handle.

List Of Bollywood Celebrities Who Have Recieved Invites:

Popular actors Arun Gohil, Dipika Chilika, and Sunil Lahiri, who are known for playing Ram, Sita and Laxman respectively, in Ramanand Sagar's Ramayan, have arrived in Ayodhya as part of the festivities. In addition, veteran actress Hema Malini recently performed at an event held in Ayodhya ahead of the consecration ceremony.

Apart from them, several celebrities from the Indian film industry have shared photographs of receiving the invitation to the grand ceremony on Monday. Amitabh Bachchan was among the first people who received an invite. Kangana Ranaut has also been invited and she confirmed on social media that she would be attending the ceremony.

Anupam Kher, Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Akshay Kumar, Madhuri Dixit, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Sunny Deol, Jackie Shroff, Tiger Shroff, Rajkumar Hirani, Ayushmann Khurrana, Ajay Devgn, Randeep Hooda, Lin Liashram, and Madhur Bhandarkar are also invited to the special occasion.

Besides, Sarod Maestro Amjad Ali, lyricist and poet Manoj Muntashir and his wife, lyricist and writer Prasoon Joshi, and directors Sanjay Bhansali and Chandraprakash Dwivedi are invited too.

List Of Industrialists Who Have Been Invited:

Billionaire Mukesh Ambani, his mother Kokilaben, wife Neeta, sons Akash and Anant, daughter-in-law Shloka and would-be-daughter-in-law Radhika Merchant are on the list along with Aditya Birla Group chairperson Kumar Mangalam Birla and his wife Nirja, Piramal Group chairperson Ajay Piramal, Mahindra and Mahindra's Anand Mahindra, DCM Shriram's Ajay Shriram and TCS CEO K Krithivasan. Businessmen Ratan Tata, Natarajan Chandrasekaran of the Tata Group, and S N Subrahmanyan of the L&T Group are also among the other guests.

In addition, K Satish Reddy of Dr Reddy's Pharmaceuticals, Zee Entertainment Enterprises CEO Punit Goenka, L&T CEO S N Subrahmanyan and his wife, Durali Divi of Divis Laboratories, Infosys founder N R Narayana Murthy, Jindal Steel & Power head Naveen Jindal and Naresh Trehan of Medanta Group are invited as well.

List Of Politicians Who Received Invites:

Various Political leaders and politicians are invited to the inauguration ceremony of Ram Mandir. With PM Narendra Modi as the chief guest, President Droupadi Murmu, and CM of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath will also be present. In additon, Congress Chairman Parliamentary Party, Sonia Gandhi, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Manmohan Singh, MP Adhur Ranjan Chowdhary, HD Deve Gowda, and BJP veteran LK Advani have also been invited.

Lastly. Champat Rai, the trust's general secretary, had previously announced that relatives of fifty karsevaks who died during the Ram temple movement have also been invited to the consecraion ceremony.
