If you own a Mercedes-Benz car then you are in for some lucrative benefits, privileges and offers, thanks to the company’s ‘Circle Elite’ programme.
This programme entitles Mercedes owners to special privileges, benefits and access to a range of services. These include exclusive experiences and discounts at fine-dining restaurants, luxury properties across India, medical and global travel assistance including Visa acquisition advice and other bespoke services that would be required when traveling overseas. ‘Circle Elite’ benefits also extend to purchase of electronics, luxury and lifestyle items at select stores. If you are interested in Golf, Mercedes-Benz can get you a few complimentary Golf lessons.
Buyers who purchased their Mercs in 2018 are automatically enrolled to the program whereas older customers can access these services by dialing a hotline number or by visiting the company website.
Of late, Mercedes-Benz has been rolling out a series of services to increase its buyer base and enhance its customer service experience. It recently introduced a swanky mobile service facility in tier 2 and tier 3 cities to reach out to customers who do not have access to authorised service centers nearby.
BMW India runs a similar luxury program, Prive for the first owners of its 6-Series, 7-Series, X5, X6, BMW Z4 and the M performance cars.
