The hike will be applicable on both the private and commercial variants of the pickup truck
Isuzu India will be increasing the prices of its D-Max pickup truck by 2 to 3 per cent. This translates into an effective increase ranging from Rs 20,000 to Rs 50,000 on the ex-showroom price.
The D-Max is sold in two variants for the commercial buyers: an S cab and a Single cab version. Aimed at the passenger segment is the V-Cross which is sold in a Standard variant which currently retails at Rs 14.29 lakh, whereas the High variant is priced at Rs 15.79 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The price rise has been attributed to rising input and distribution costs.
Isuzu has not informed us of any hike on the prices on its flagship mu-X SUV, which is expected to receive an update within the next few months.

ISUZU to increase price of D-MAX Pick-ups from September 2018
Chennai: Isuzu Motors India announced an upcoming increase in the prices of its range of D-MAX Pick-ups with effect from 01 September 2018. The increase is expected to be between 2 & 3% across the commercial variants - D-MAX Regular Cab & D-MAX S-CAB and the lifestyle and adventure Pick-up – D-MAX V-Cross. The price increase will be in the range of Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- (ex-showroom), across variants. The increase in price is due to the increasing input and distribution costs.
