- Education officers of seven districts have received Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister’s notice over excessive cheating in areas falling under their domain
- The invigilation process has been fastened and so far 1419 students have been caught cheating, and have been barred from writing exam
- Case has been registered against 359 teachers and invigilators
Recent orders by CM have sent across strong message to everyone who resorts to cheating in order to clear exams. CM has promised action against guardians, teachers, students, invigilators and senior education officers; who have been encouraging cheating.

A similar incident has been reported from Jhajjar, Haryana; where a woman squad, dressed in green and white has been patrolling outside examination halls to ensure that students do not indulge in cheating. On being asked about how would this help them personally, they said that they are doing it for the welfare and better future of the students.
