Presentations by all departments in UP:
After the presentations by all department on April 20th, there may be transfers of IAS/IPS officers on a big scale in UP.
Reportedly, many ministers have urged Yogi to changes secretaries of their departments.
These 18 DMs who are here to stay (not going for training), their worth is bound to increase in this state government of UP.
The state of Uttar Pradesh has been facing law and order problem since a long time and it appears that the newly formed BJP government in the state is coming in full force to control this menace.
Mission 2019:
The UP government is on Mission 2019 when the general elections will take place.
Keeping that in mind, the government has already launched a crackdown on illegal slaughter houses and the urban development department, that also governs the municipal corporations, which grant licenses to meat shops and slaughter houses and is also expected to ready a proposal to regulate the meat shops in the state.
The excise department, meanwhile too, is readying a proposal to make changes in the excise act so that harsher penalties, including capital punishment, may be given to those who sell or manufacture illicit liquor.
