NEW DELHI: External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj is known for her being prompt and helpful in “troubleshooting” public grievances through Twitter. She is acknowledge and praised by all for helping out Indian diaspora across the globe.

Be it 'airlifting' of Gurpreet, a woman who was stuck in a refugee camp in Germany along with her daughter, or providing assistance to Indian labourers stuck in Gulf, Sushma paved the way for rescue of everyone who sought help in times of distress.

On Monday, a Twitter user tagged her in a tweet requesting intervention in a refrigerator-related problem. He also tweeted a picture of his mail conversation with the company.


Swaraj, who had recently topped the first-ever ranking of Union ministers on how fast and efficiently they respond to public grievances on micro-blogging platform, tweeted back. And it was hilarious.

"Brother I cannot help you in matters of a Refrigerator. I am very busy with human beings in distress," she said.
