New Delhi: In a major relief to Rabri Devi and son Tejashwi Yadav, Delhi's Patiala House Court on Friday granted  them a bail in Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) scam case. This comes  a day after Rashtriya Janta Dal Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav surrendered before CBI court in Ranchi over ending of his provisional bail in Fodder Scam case.

Both Rabri and Tejashwi reached the court on Thursday morning.

The court had summoned 12 others in the case; including Lalu Yadav; who is currently in jail. The summoned were issued after the charge sheet prepared by the Central Bureau of Investigation.

Lalu and his family have been accused of illegally giving away the railway hotels on lease while he was in power as a Railway Minister.

CBI also got a permission to initiate a case against former IRCTC group manager BK Aggarwal last week.
