Parliamentary Affairs Minister and BJP leader, Joshi, highlighted an “interesting fact” shared by Prime Minister Narendra Modi with party leaders. PM Modi said, out of 39 instances where the BJP sought a repeat mandate, it succeeded 22 times. In contrast, when the Congress faced elections 40 times while in government, it achieved success only seven times. Joshi emphasised that these figures, with the BJP's success rate at 56 per cent compared to Congress's 18 per cent, to demonstrate the saffron party's standing as the people's foremost choice for governance.

"PM Modi shared an interesting fact today. While being in government when the Congress party faced elections 40 times in states, it got success only seven times. Whereas BJP got a chance to seek a repeat mandate 39 times and got success 22 times”, Joshi quoted PM Modi to the media.

Adding, "Our percentage is 56 percent and Congress's is 18 percent. Thus the figures prove that people's biggest choice now is BJP," Joshi said.
