Noida: Addressing issues faced by the flat buyers, Noida Authority on Tuesday said that it will call the builders and buyers and will try to come up with solutions.

"We are planning to invite buyers and respective builders one by one to to analyse the problem," said Rama Raman, Chairman Noida Authority.

"As builders have not paid their dues to Authority for a long, it's another big issue and now a way is being formulated so that builders can make this payment in installments," Raman added.

Earlier, Union Minister Mahesh Sharma on Monday urged the Uttar Pradesh government to take an “immediate call” to address the residents’ complaints against realty firm Amrapali’s housing project on the outskirts of national capital.

“The Uttar Pradesh government should take immediate call (on the complaints). It should convene a meeting of all stakeholders and find solutions to the problems,” Sharma, who represents Gautam Budh Nagar Parliamentary constituency, told reporters.

The development came in the wake of some residents of Amrapali’s Saphhire project in Noida taking to the social media to register their protest against the non-completion of civil and electrical work in many towers.
