According to the report, these Afghan militants were brought into India under the supervision of a trained ISI commander from Pakistan last week on September 18. One Indian security force jawan was injured in firing from both sides while the Pakistani guide fled back in his territory.
Identification underway

The ISI wants Afghan and Indian-origin terrorists to carry out their nefarious agenda in India instead of their own terrorists. They are mainly doing this to save face in the international community.
