Sengar:  A murder case was filed against BJP lawmaker Kuldeep Sengar on Monday after Unnao rape survivor’s family alleged conspiracy behind last evening's horrific accident.  Ten persons including BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, his brother Manoj Singh Sengar were booked under Sections 302 (Murder), 307, 506 120-b. Reports say 15-20 unidentified persons were also named in the FIR.

On Sunday, the woman, who has made rape allegation against BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, her two aunts and their advocate met with an accident while on their way to meet a relative who is lodged in Rae Bareli jail in a separate case. The car in which they were travelling was rammed by a truck in Rae Bareli.

While the two aunts died on the spot, the rape survivor and the lawyer received serious injuries and were admitted to the Lucknow's King George's Medical University. The victim is reportedly out of danger, reports this afternoon said.

Sengar was arrested on April 13 last year and is currently in jail.

Non-BJP parties have called the incident a "pre-planned conspiracy" to wipe out her family and have demanded a CBI probe.

The Uttar Pradesh government Monday said it was ready to conduct a CBI probe. Teams from Lucknow have reached Rae Bareli for investigation. The truck has a Fatehpur district registration plate, Lucknow Zone ADG Rajeev Krishna said. When asked if the registration plate was tampered with, Krishna said it will be sent for forensic checks to ascertain the facts, reported news agency PTI.

The Delhi Commission For Women chief Swati Maliwal met the Unnao rape survivor at a Lucknow hospital and said she should be airlifted to Delhi for better treatment as she is "critical".
